businesses find the resources to meet their
business goals and to develop the Orange
County workforce to be world class.

To address the needs of those businesses that are having problems competing
successfully in the current world market. The OCBSC will establish a process
that identifies businesses needing more intensive services and assistance. When
possible OCBSC will leverage both public and private resources to provide the
necessary resources to upgrade their skills based on relevant local labor market
needs.
The goal of the OCBSC is to improve the quality,
flexibility, and the productivity and competitiveness of local business
and industry.
